Quickly rising from a French Market curiosity to a stand-alone lunchtime spot, Saigon Sisters has become Chicago’s paragon of Vietnamese cuisine. The West Loop eatery’s prix fixe dinner ($33) includes three courses of authentic Vietnamese fare.
